Doctoral Thesis

The thesis is a 3 year individual research project, the primary objective of which is to broaden knowledge in a given scientific field. It is carried out under the supervision of a professor, the thesis supervisor, in ENSAIT’s research laboratory.

The PhD student works on an innovation project for 36 months following their Master of Research Degree. The student is given scientific guidance from a member of the GEMTEX Laboratory (ENSAIT’s laboratory) when carrying out their work and also benefits from the institution’s cutting edge technologies. The student is a business employee and receives an employment contract. Monitoring is performed regularly by both the thesis supervisor and the industrial manager.
