The library built in 1881 is listed in the supplementary inventory of historical monuments. The place, exceptional, offers its readers an unusual architecture.
A textile documentary collection
Access to ten computer workstations is available for documentary research (textile databases, Techniques de l’Ingénieur, Kompass etc…).
The document collection is specialized in Engineering Sciences, but also and especially in Textiles.
ENSAIT’s rich documentary collection includes numerous paper and electronic works, articles, final dissertations, engineering student projects, theses and Research Masters, internship reports…
You will also find subscriptions to periodicals, in particular the specialist press.
Borrowing and fund consultation
For professionals outside ENSAIT
This specialised fund is available to professionals through various services ranging from simple on-site consultation to the detailed search for information by our documentation department.
Consultation of the collection is open to all publics by appointment (telephone or e-mail) for those outside the ENSAIT.
For the staff and engineering students of ENSAIT
A simple library registration will be required. Your registration will allow you to make a maximum of 3 loans for 3 weeks.

Opening hours to the public
Monday from 8am to 5:15pm
Tuesday from 8am to 5.45pm
Wednesday from 8am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4.45pm
Thursday from 8am to 5:15pm
Friday from 8am to 3:45pm.
Please be aware of the schedule changes during each school holiday period.
